On the ridge, verge and hip
areas, it is common practice in certain regions to use mortar
to fix the components together. Now this practice is not without
its risks as it is accepted that after a certain time, mortar
shrinks and cracks on average within 10 years.
Clay accessories allow the dry fixing
of the ridge tiles, hips and verges, allowing efficient installation
without mortar, being quicker and suitable for inclement
