1. Choose your
tiles depending on the pitch of the roof. Your choice
of product is dependent on the pitch of your roof, the type
of design of your building local influences and your personal
preference.

2. Check that
the roof construction is designed to accept the weight
of your chosen tile and that the timber supports are flat and
straight. |

3. Check the tiles
on delivery for quality. |

4. Measure and
mark out the roof.
Prepare your roof in order to optimise the laying of

5. Nail battens
to your rafters ( or the other aviable support)
Space your battens according to the exposed length of your tiles,
consult manufacturer's literature. For

6. Fix your tiles.
Depending on the model of tiles chosen. It is necessary
to lay the tiles broken bonded or in line. In some countries
or areas mechanical fixing of tiles in exposed areas is mandatory.
